Evolution, the third story expansion for Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance, came out on Tuesday 22 September. The real-time strategy game from Slitherine gets a new campaign on PC only, through Steam, and you need the base game to play it. So far just two stores sell it, and both charge the same €12.25 (no fees).
What Evolution adds
The campaign has eight missions set in northern Canada, with Lieutenant Church in the lead. There's a new enemy faction to deal with, the Rev 6.5 "Rippers", whose units are built for close combat. On your side you get the Integrators, human soldiers with neural enhancements.
Melee combat and human augmentation arrive as new mechanics, along with fresh units: Leopard C2 MEXAS tanks, LAV-AT anti-tank vehicles, multi-barrel plasma mortars and mini reconnaissance rovers.
Early Steam reviews are "Mixed", with 30 positive out of 73 (41%). That's a small sample for something released two days ago, so treat it with caution.
You need the base game first
Evolution is a DLC and won't run unless Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance is on your Steam account. The base game is far better regarded: "Very Positive" on Steam with 82% of 3,406 reviews, and a top critic average of 78/100 on OpenCritic, where 75% of critics recommend it (12 reviews).
Steam has it at €23.39 (no fees) right now instead of the usual €38.99, the same discount it ran from 23 to 31 July. The keys go for a lot less. Out of the 30 offers we track, these are the cheapest once the payment fee is added:

Even with fees, the Gamivo key is 73% cheaper than Steam. Our historical figures are without fees: the median for keys is €12.29 and today's best offer is 59% below it. The lowest we've seen was €4.39, on 25 April.

What the whole series costs today
Evolution follows "We Are Legion", released in December two years ago, and "Uprising", from July last year. If you want everything, this is the cheapest way to get each piece, all as Steam Keys:

The base game plus Evolution comes to €18.51 with fees, which is less than Steam wants for the base game alone today. Add the other two expansions and the total is €30.61. If you'd rather stick to bigger shops, Instant Gaming has We Are Legion at €6.69 and Uprising at €5.99, and Steam charges €8.84 and €7.80 (all no fees).
One thing to watch on Uprising: the lowest price on its page is a Steam Account from Difmark at €3.77 with coupon Gocdkeys (€3.94 with fees). You get the login to someone else's account, and nothing goes into your own library. We'd pay the extra €1.96 for the YUPLAY key.
No discount on Evolution yet
Only Steam and Greenmangaming sell the expansion for now, both at €12.25 (no fees), Steam Key. No reseller has it in stock yet.
If you already own the base game, it makes no difference which of the two you pick. If you don't, get the base game as a key first and then add the expansion.
