Games the studio has confirmed but not dated. We only show the window that has been made public — the year or the quarter — and never invent a day.

How our game release calendar works

We are currently tracking 330 games with a launch ahead of them, 167 of them this week, and we already know the price of 151. Everything with a confirmed date is grouped by week, starting with the current one: each card carries the cover art, the exact day, the platforms it launches on and its genre.

The price you see is the cheapest pre-order among the 49 stores we compare, already filtered by the region that applies to this domain. When the platform holder's own store has a price — Steam, PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store or Nintendo eShop — we work out the saving against it and drop any unrealistic discount, so a struck-through price always means something.

If a game has no price at any store yet it shows as To be announced, with a button to get an alert as soon as there is one. And if the studio has only given a year or a quarter, the game moves to the no date yet section: we would rather say we do not know than invent a day.

Pre-order prices: where upcoming games are cheapest

Pre-ordering from the console's own store is almost never the cheapest way to do it. Every game here with pre-orders open shows the lowest price across the 49 stores we compare and, where there is something to compare it with, how much that saves against the official Steam, PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store or Nintendo eShop price. Right now 151 games on this page have a pre-order price.

Pre-order prices move: a standard edition can drop in the weeks before launch and climb back on release day. That is why the calendar refreshes every hour, and why games without a price yet carry an alert button — we tell you the moment the first store opens pre-orders, so you can book when it is worth it rather than when it launches.

Upcoming games by platform: PS5, Xbox, Switch and PC

The calendar covers every platform we compare prices on, with how many games each one currently has: PC (251), PS5 (85), PS4 (8), Xbox (67), Switch 2 (18), Switch (62). A multiplatform game appears once and swaps its price, its page and its store when you pick a platform, because a PS5 pre-order and a PC pre-order almost never cost the same. Use the filters above to keep only the releases for your console.

Release dates and pre-orders: FAQ

What games are coming out this month?

They are in the weekly sections on this page, starting with the current week: 167 games have a release date this week and 330 are in the calendar in total. Further down, everything with a confirmed date beyond the next eight weeks is listed month by month.

When is a specific game coming out?

Find its card: the exact day is in the corner of the cover art and written out in full inside the card. If the studio has only announced a year or a quarter, the game sits in the no-date-yet section with that window instead of a made-up day.

Is it cheaper to pre-order a game before release?

Often yes, but rarely at the console's own store. We compare pre-orders across 49 stores and show you the cheapest one next to the official Steam, PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store or Nintendo eShop price, so the saving is visible at a glance. When the saving is not real, we show no struck-through price at all.

How much does it cost to pre-order a game?

It depends on the game and the edition: pre-ordering costs the same as buying it, so the question is which store. The gap between the cheapest store and the official one is usually a few units on a standard edition and considerably more on special and ultimate editions. Each card shows the lowest price we found today.

What if the price drops after I pre-order?

Pre-order prices keep moving right up to launch day. The calendar refreshes every hour so it is worth checking back, and on games with no price yet you can switch on an alert and we will email you as soon as a store opens pre-orders.

How often is the calendar updated?

Dates and prices refresh every hour. If a studio delays or brings forward a release, the card moves to its new week on the next refresh.

Is the price valid for my region?

Yes. We only show offers whose region is valid for this domain's country, so the price you see is one you can actually use, and we only list active stores.
