Its price jumps around a lot: we have seen it anywhere from €13.75 to €39.26.
It has been this cheap or cheaper about half the days we have been tracking it.
And it does not drop on any fixed dates, so there is no particular month worth waiting for.
For one like this a price alert beats keeping an eye on it: we tell you the day it drops.
Mafia The Old Country for Xbox One starts at €4.80 (€5.27 with fees) at Key4Games — that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €22.10 (€23.86 with fees) at Gamivo.
That €4.80 (€5.27 with fees) already includes the GOCDKEYS15 coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
It is one of the most contested games in the catalogue, with 72 offers spread across 19 of our 47 verified stores, and that crowding is exactly what keeps dragging the price down.
That puts it 2% under its average of €25.97 since 2025, so today is a better entry point than most days of its life.
What you can actually buy today: an Xbox Key from €22.10 (€23.86 with fees) at Gamivo, which you redeem yourself and leaves the game on your own account, a PC/Xbox Key from €23.07 (€25.43 with fees) at K4G, which covers Xbox and Windows in one purchase and a shared account from €4.80 (€5.27 with fees) at Key4Games, where you log in with the seller credentials instead of owning it.
If you play on both an Xbox and a PC, the Play Anywhere key at €23.07 (€25.43 with fees) is the obvious pick here: it is only €0.97 (€1.57 with fees) above the console-only key at €22.10 (€23.86 with fees) and it covers both machines, so that gap is what you pay to avoid buying the game twice.
The shared account at €4.80 (€5.27 with fees) undercuts the key at €22.10 (€23.86 with fees) by €17.30 (€18.59 with fees), but on an account the game stays tied to credentials the seller controls; for €17.30 (€18.59 with fees) the key is yours and nobody can take it back.
Beyond the standard edition at €22.10 (€23.86 with fees), there is the Deluxe at €30.76 (€33.26 with fees) at HRKGame, €8.66 (€9.40 with fees) more and the Definitive at €33.03 (€36.01 with fees) at Kinguin, €10.93 (€12.15 with fees) more. Check on the store what each one adds before paying the difference.
48 of the 72 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.
The press verdict is 74 out of 100 from 151 reviews, and 66% would recommend it.
If you play on both machines, the Play Anywhere key at €23.07 (€25.43 with fees) at K4G is the buy: one purchase covers Xbox and PC.

What do our users think of Mafia The Old Country for Xbox?
The prequel to Mafia set in Sicily in the early 1900s. This is a linear, brutal, cinematic Mob storyline with strong acting and tight shooting mechanics. Fan reviews rave about the atmosphere and focus on the narrative, but some fans of the series are disappointed there isn't an open world.
