if you want to buy using a paypal be prepared to send them a copy of your id with a name en picture. I use paypal so i don't need to give you any more info then necessary! they first charge your account and then they ask for this info. I needed to specify that i wanted my money back 3 times before I got a refund. On the bright side, customer support was pretty fast.

Sold me a corrupt game file and then sent me useless copy & paste reply that didn't fix jack sh**. This site is fine for digital keys but I'd give the stand alone downloads a miss!

I bought two Steam wallet cards through them and, although I understand why they might ask me for it, they wanted me to send pictures of my photo ID and various other items in order to complete the transaction. This was after my PayPal account had already been charged, of course. The amount of transactions I perform through my FULLY VERIFIED PayPal Business account per year number in the hundreds and this was the first time I had ever been asked for this sort of personal info. I felt as if I were dealing with a Nigerian Prince or something. After I refused they did refund my money promptly, but until they make it a bit easier to buy through PayPal I will shop elsewhere. I jumped through enough hoops to get fully verified for PayPal Business as it is... geez...

Had a run-in with customer support, and couldn't find live chat. Nevertheless through e-mail it was relatively fast, they required to verify personal ID after a series of purchases - we had it sorted out in less than a couple of hours. So better be ready and have your ID/Passport/Driverslicese/student card ready and scanned, just in case!
