It is at the cheapest it has ever been.
It hit €3.24 in February 2025, 19 months ago.
In all that time it has gone from €3.24 to €19.79, and never below.
Today it is at exactly that price, so waiting for it to go lower is not realistic.
Potion Permit for Xbox One starts at €2.72 (€2.84 with fees) at Difmark, 86% under the €19.99 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €5.72 (€6.51 with fees) at HRKGame.
That €2.72 (€2.84 with fees) already includes the Gocdkeys coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
Just 6 stores stock it, 7 offers in all, so there is little here to push the price either way.
What you can actually buy today: an Xbox Key from €5.72 (€6.51 with fees) at HRKGame, which you redeem yourself and leaves the game on your own account and a shared account from €2.72 (€2.84 with fees) at Difmark, where you log in with the seller credentials instead of owning it.
The shared account at €2.72 (€2.84 with fees) undercuts the key at €5.72 (€6.51 with fees) by €3.00 (€3.67 with fees), but on an account the game stays tied to credentials the seller controls; for €3.00 (€3.67 with fees) the key is yours and nobody can take it back.
4 of the 7 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.
Critics landed at 71 out of 100 across 44 reviews, with 48% of them recommending it.
One listing is worth ignoring: the Xbox key that Microsoft Store ES has at €19.99 (no fees) is more than 7 times the cheapest offer and is not what this game costs. The number to work from is €5.72 (€6.51 with fees) at HRKGame.
For most people the key at €5.72 (€6.51 with fees) at HRKGame is the sensible buy: the game stays on your own account and it is only €3.00 (€3.67 with fees) more than the shared account.
