Yet Another Zombie Survivors hit its 1.0 build on 20 August, closing an Early Access run that began in July three years ago. The usual script has a full release arriving with a price bump attached. This one went the other way, and the shop that moved first was the official one.
Steam cut its own asking price by 35%
The day the 1.0 went live, the Steam listing fell from 14,79 € to 9,61 €. A 35% cut, made by the shop every other shop prices against. Our record for this game reaches back to the Early Access debut and holds 1,298 readings, which is enough to say the new figure is not a weekend banner: 9,61 € has come back every single day since release.
What you get did not change. The Standard version on Steam still redeems straight into your own account. The only thing that moved was the number, and it moved down in the same week the game was finally finished.
What the cheapest offer did through August
The stores kept to their own rhythm, and it was nothing like a clean slide. August opened with the lowest verified offer at 11,99 €, which held for five days before things began to wobble.

That 5,10 € on 10 August lasted exactly one day. One seller undercut everyone, the price never came back, and quoting it today would be selling you a ghost. From the day after the 1.0 onwards the floor has stayed in a narrow band between 7,37 € and 7,88 €, all of it in Steam Key format, with the post-release low set on 24 August.
Eighteen live offers across ten stores
Today the game shows 18 offers in 10 stores. The cheapest is € at Steam, the Standard edition delivered as a Steam key you redeem yourself. Just behind it sit Kinguin at 7,99 €, Cdkeys Com at 8,59 €, Driffle at 8,72 € and Eneba at 8,80 €, all the same edition in key form.
Here is something we do not often get to report: not one shared-account offer on the whole page. All 18 end up in your own library, so nobody here is selling you the keys to someone else's profile.
The Steam Gift copies cost more, every time
Five of those 18 offers are Steam Gift rather than a key: 10,33 € at Kinguin, 10,48 € at K4G, two at 10,66 € at G2A and 11,12 € at Gamivo. A gift reaches you as a transfer out of another account, and on this page it also costs between 2,45 € and 3,24 € more than the cheapest key for precisely the same game. Skip them.
Two Standard offers sit higher again, 12,32 € at G2A and 16,55 € at Gamivo, both of them above what Valve charges directly. With the full list open in front of you, neither has a case to make.
So is this a good moment to buy?
The arithmetic, honestly. The cheapest key is 7,88 € in Steam Key format, the official Steam page asks 9,61 € for the same Standard version, and 1,73 € separates them. That is a coffee. If you would rather stay inside the client you already have open, buying it there is no great crime.
The number that says more is the one from before the release. A month ago the official store wanted 14,79 € for a game that was not finished, and the finished article now costs 35% less than the work in progress did.
Want it without DRM? GOG has it at 9,64 € as a GOG Key, three cents over Steam and the only offer of its kind on the page. As for the game itself, Steam users put it at Very Positive with 12,177 positive reviews out of 13,381 total, which for a horde shooter meant to be played three-player with friends is a solid endorsement.
The band has been flat for a week, so nothing is pushing you either way. If 7,88 € as a Steam key looks right to you, buy Yet Another Zombie Survivors key and pick your shop without hurrying: eleven cents separate the first offer from the second, so which store you trust counts for as much as the figure does.
