Yet Another Zombie Survivors reached its 1.0 build on 20 August and closed an Early Access run that started in July three years ago. The usual script says a full release comes with a price bump. This one did the opposite, and the move came from the official store.
Steam cut its own asking price by 35%
On the day the 1.0 went live, the Steam listing dropped from 14,79 € to 9,61 €. That is a 35% cut made by the shop everyone else prices against. Our record for this game goes back to the Early Access debut and adds up to 1,298 daily readings, so we can say the new figure is not a weekend banner: 9,61 € has repeated every day since release.
Nothing changed about what you get. The Standard version on Steam is still redeemed straight into your own account. Only the number moved, and it moved down while the game was finally finished.
What the cheapest offer did through August
The stores followed their own rhythm and it was nothing like a clean slide. August opened with the lowest verified offer at 11,99 €, sat there for five days and then started to wobble.

That 5,10 € on 10 August lasted exactly one day. One seller undercut the rest, it never came back, and quoting it now would be selling you a ghost. Since the 1.0 the floor has lived in a narrow band between 7,37 € and 7,88 €, all of it in Steam Key format, with the post-release low set on 24 August.
Eighteen live offers across ten stores
Today the game shows 18 offers in 10 stores. The cheapest is € (with coupon GCDKGamivo) at Gamivo, the Standard edition delivered as a Steam key you redeem yourself. Right behind it come Kinguin at 7,99 €, Cdkeys Com at 8,59 €, Driffle at 8,72 € and Eneba at 8,80 €, all of them the same edition in key form.
One detail we cannot always report: there is not a single shared-account offer here. All 18 are redeemable into your own library, so nobody is selling you access to someone else profile.
The Steam Gift copies cost more, every time
Five of those 18 offers are Steam Gift rather than a key: 10,33 € at Kinguin, 10,48 € at K4G, two at 10,66 € at G2A and 11,12 € at Gamivo. A gift arrives as a transfer from another account, and here it also costs between 2,45 € and 3,24 € more than the cheapest key for exactly the same game. Skip them.
Two Standard offers sit higher still, 12,32 € at G2A and 16,55 € at Gamivo, which puts both above what Valve charges directly. With the full list in front of you they make no sense at all.
So is this a good moment to buy?
Honest arithmetic first. The cheapest key is 7,88 € in Steam Key format, the official Steam page asks 9,61 € for the same Standard version, and the gap between them is 1,73 €. That is a coffee. If you would rather stay inside the client you already have open, you are not being robbed by buying it there.
The interesting number is the one before the release. A month ago the official store wanted 14,79 € for a game that was still unfinished, and the finished version now costs 35% less than the work in progress did.
Prefer no DRM? GOG has it at 9,64 € as a GOG Key, three cents above Steam and the only offer of that kind on the page. As for the game itself, Steam users rate it Very Positive with 12,177 positive reviews out of 13,381 total, which for a horde shooter you play three-handed with friends is a solid endorsement.
The band has been flat for a week, so there is no rush in either direction. If 7,88 € as a Steam key reads right to you, buy Yet Another Zombie Survivors key and pick your shop calmly: the second cheapest offer is eleven cents away, so which store you trust matters as much as the figure.
