Kingdom Hearts is the series everyone means to start and almost nobody starts, because the entry point looks like a homework assignment: numbered games that are not in order, a title with a fraction in it, and two of the story's most important chapters sold as films rather than games. The Integrum Masterpiece bundle is Square Enix's answer to that on PC, and the good news is that it is genuinely almost everything. Everything inside the bundle
Three packages, ten pieces of content between them. Laid out flat it is far less intimidating than the shop page makes it look.

The two cinematic entries are not filler and they are not optional either. 358/2 Days explains who Roxas is and why the opening hours of the second game are structured the way they are; skipping it turns a great twist into a confusing one.
Where should you start?
Release order, and it is not close. The series was written to be discovered in the sequence it shipped, and every attempt to reorder it chronologically ends with a newcomer playing Birth by Sleep first, meeting characters whose entire weight comes from games they have not touched, and giving up around the third recap.
So: the first game, then Re:Chain of Memories, then the 358/2 Days film, then the second game, then Birth by Sleep, Re:coded, Dream Drop Distance, χ Back Cover, 0.2, and finally the third with Re Mind. If your patience is finite, the honest short route is game one, the Days film, game two, and then straight to the third — you will miss context but keep the spine of the story.
What the bundle does not include
The mobile entries, the spin-offs, the rhythm game Melody of Memory and the next numbered instalment are all outside it. That matters less than it sounds: none of them is required to follow the arc that runs from the first game to Re Mind, which is what this bundle is for.
A second route is arriving on consoles
Square Enix has dated Kingdom Hearts Collection [I~III] for 8 October on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC through the Microsoft Store, with the same three packages, also sold individually. Two consequences worth knowing before you pay: the Steam bundle here is not being superseded in content, and if you specifically want the series on a console rather than on PC, waiting is now a real option rather than a hope.
The reason to open the comparison at all is the spread: this is a bundle that publishers price at full weight and shops discount hard, so the distance between the official listing and the cheapest verified one tends to be wide.
