What do our users think of Vampyr for PC Digital?
Spent more than 57 hours on one playthrough. For a AA game Vampyr is really amazing, from the foggy and dark streets of London to some really well done voice acting and great soundtrack. Combat can get repetitive and really hard if you are underleveled but there are enough skills to keep it interesting. Meat of the gameplay here is talking to people from different districts (all of which have different stories and personalities) and either helping them or learning more about them and sucking their blood to get EXP. Every single civilian killed changes something in the game, from small personal changes to drastic changes. Vampyr is a really great game to experience.
I have spent quite some time on Vampyr and all I have to say is that it is a good game. It is as challenging as can be Dark Souls, and the RPG aspect is nicely made, with a nice variety of weapons and tools. There is not a huge panel of skills, but you have to be strategic to advance. I recommend trying this game
Not a bad role-playing component. Several dozens of living characters who have SECRETS! And these secrets are very, very desirable to find out. The game turned out to be such an unostentatious detective story and that's what I like wildly. There is a character, like and ugly and overwhelm it like, but not all the secrets of it yet found out
