It hit €7.81 in January 2025, 19 months ago.
In all that time it has gone from €7.81 to €26.16, and never below.
Today it is at exactly that price, so waiting for it to go lower is not realistic.

The Cruel King and the Great Hero for PS4 starts at €6.56 (€6.86 with fees) at Difmark, 77% under the €29.99 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €8.70 (€9.74 with fees) at Kinguin.
This is the lowest price it has ever been recorded at.
That €6.56 (€6.86 with fees) already includes the Gocdkeys coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.

Which The Cruel King and the Great Hero format should you buy?
By format: account from €6.56 (€6.86 with fees), physical edition from €54.98 (no fees) at Amazon UK and PSN code from €8.70 (€9.74 with fees).
A code for your own PSN account costs only €2.14 (€2.88 with fees) more than an account, and at that gap the code is worth it.
Can you activate The Cruel King and the Great Hero in US?
4 of the 5 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.
PlayStation codes are stricter than Steam keys: an account from one region cannot redeem a code from another, so check the region before buying.
