I like playstation store but the no refund if you downloaded the game is stupid, hasnt happened to me ever but ive heard of it. And people arent happy. But the overall simplicity of buying games is very good. J have Gta 5, RS6.. and even more. Playstation is the goat sometimes

Overall, the site design is horrible for mobile users in my experience. The PlayStation store in the consoles are much better. Getting a refund for games in the past have been mixed and their overall process of it is pretty bad. I once accidentally bought a game I didn’t want and requested a refund, they refunded me. Another time though I did get a game, but found it really bad, since I played it for 15 minutes I was not eligible for a refund.

I purchased a VR game and realized that I needed VR2. It didn't say that in the ription. I twas a hassle to get a refund. It was so ba go five starsd that I never got the refund. I eventually bought VR2 and can now play the game. The Playstation return/refund policy and process sucks.

playstation store is a great place you can buy exclusives like god of war or many many many many many parts of the infamous spider man. It includes many indian games so its good for smaller developers and you can also make one myself i think. overall one of the best

i actuallt like it rhey have cool games and cool consoles they have my fav games like god of war, red dead redemption 1,red ded redemption 2 devil may cry 1 devil may cry 3 devil may cry4 and devil may cry 5 they probably have the best console for tv and games!
