This genre-defying title is an unforgettable end-to-end experience in the nebulous strand of existential philosophy is entwined with the chaotic symphony of bullet hell, along with hack-and-slash combat. You would battle machine lifeforms in this gorgeous post-apocalyptic setting-as 2B, 9S, and A2, with Platinum's crisp combat and a hauntingly beautiful soundtrack courtesy of Keiichi Okabe. The entire sorrowful story unfolds through multiple playthroughs and raises questions about what it really means to be human, why we exist, and what war actually costs us. A truly unforgettable experience that will stay with you for long after the credits roll.
One of my favorite game, i really enjoyed the first NieR on ps3/xbox360, and this one bring back some old memories from the last opus, with a faster gameplay and new characters, and a semi "open world" map to explore.

I tried the PS4 demo and this game is a real bomb. Gameplay is amazing, very funny and fast, pretty similar to Bayonetta. The characters and the world are pretty interesting, and the game is not "just" a hack n'slash like Bayonetta, but also combines several elements of RPG and shoot'em up. Crazy combination to begin with. Add the crazy but charismatic ideas of Yoko Taro and the best soundtrack we've heard in years, and this could seriously be the GOTY. Don't miss it, guys. Lack of marketing but more than enough quality in this game.
