much better handling than 2015 but still not where it should be at, the cops are better but the chases only happen on specific events with a route that is needed to be followed, main issue though is the upgrade system, why speed cards when the upgrade system in 2015 worked well
I love this game, spent so many hours just cruising around and playing with the customisation options. If your looking for a game that you can just play around on for an hour or so every now and then, this is a great option.
