Waiting will not get you anywhere: this one hardly ever drops.
When it does drop, it drops a little: rarely more than 24%.
The cheapest it has ever been is €4.58, and that was 3 years ago.
If the official price does not move, the only thing that can save you money is the gap between stores, which is what you have in the table above.
Hover for Xbox One starts at €13.00 (€13.84 with fees) at Key4Games, 45% under the €24.99 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €24.99 (no fees) at Microsoft Store ES.
That €13.00 (€13.84 with fees) already includes the GOCDKEYS15 coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
Just 4 stores stock it, 4 offers in all, so there is little here to push the price either way.
Worth knowing before you click: Key4Games is cheapest at €13.00 (€13.84 with fees) but has only 1 Trustpilot reviews behind it. If that thin track record bothers you, Difmark has the same shared account at €15.11 (€15.79 with fees) with 14.2k reviews and a 4.1 out of 5.
What you can actually buy today: an Xbox Key from €24.99 (no fees) at Microsoft Store ES, which you redeem yourself and leaves the game on your own account, a shared account from €13.00 (€13.84 with fees) at Key4Games, where you log in with the seller credentials instead of owning it and a boxed copy from €16.66 (no fees) at Amazon DE, which ships rather than being redeemed.
The shared account at €13.00 (€13.84 with fees) undercuts the key at €24.99 (no fees) by €11.99 (€11.15 with fees), but on an account the game stays tied to credentials the seller controls; for €11.99 (€11.15 with fees) the key is yours and nobody can take it back.
3 of the 4 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.
Critics put it at 57 out of 100, though there are only 13 reviews published so far.
There is no third-party key on offer today, so the choice is between the shared account at €13.00 (€13.84 with fees) at Key4Games — cheap, but the game never becomes yours — and paying the official €24.99 (no fees) for a key on your own account. Either is defensible; just know which one you are picking.
