The region itself is characterized by a lush, humid valley with narrow roads, dusty streets, scattered rocks and a winding river running through the landscape, with a small rural town with colorful buildings, shops and agricultural depots connecting the region, while stilt houses line the river shore.

The core gameplay loop centers on cultivating coffee as a signature crop with its own seasonal rhythm. Coffee beans can be planted starting from September, with red coffee cherries ready for harvest in May, giving your farm a new seasonal focus built around one of Catuaí's signature crops. The crop calendar in Catuaí differs from all the other regions, as you're farming in the southern hemisphere.
