The goods: + Parts system overhaul, feels more detailed than previous. + Lots more cars to play with. + Highly improved garage. + Lots of new features to get on with. The bads: - Doesn't feel very optimized. Starter garage I get 60 fps, but full spaced garage is quite laggy. - Control system overhaul could be jarring for previous CMS players. Quite clumsy. - Lack of detailed graphics settings & Anti Aliasing. - No in-game settings (even for audio). - Quite buggy from launch (but fixes seem to be coming soon).
