It tends to drop around the same time of year: its sales have landed in August, January and June.
It is above what it usually costs: most days we have tracked it, it has been cheaper.
Its 3 drops were in August, January and June, so that is what it has done so far, not a forecast.
The next one is not due until June next year.
Capes for Xbox One starts at €16.79 (€17.55 with fees) at Difmark, 56% under the €39.99 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €39.99 (no fees) at Microsoft Store ES.
That €16.79 (€17.55 with fees) already includes the Gocdkeys coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
Supply is thin — 3 offers from 3 stores — and thin supply keeps prices steady rather than falling.
What you can actually buy today: an Xbox Key from €39.99 (no fees) at Microsoft Store ES, which you redeem yourself and leaves the game on your own account and a shared account from €16.79 (€17.55 with fees) at Difmark, where you log in with the seller credentials instead of owning it.
The shared account at €16.79 (€17.55 with fees) is €23.20 (€22.44 with fees) cheaper than the key at €39.99 (no fees), which is a real saving, but bear in mind the game lives on credentials the seller controls rather than on your own profile.
All 3 offers are Global, so the code redeems on any Xbox account no matter where it was created.
Critics landed at 75 out of 100 across 34 reviews, with 65% of them recommending it.
There is no third-party key on offer today, so the choice is between the shared account at €16.79 (€17.55 with fees) at Difmark — cheap, but the game never becomes yours — and paying the official €39.99 (no fees) for a key on your own account. Either is defensible; just know which one you are picking.
