Probably Stolen came out on PC yesterday, 28 October, and Steam is the only place selling it so far. It costs €17.99 (no fees) there, thanks to a 10% launch discount on the usual €19.99 (no fees). We don't know how long that discount will last.
Where to buy it today
We compare more than forty stores and exactly one of them has the game this morning: Steam itself, selling a Steam key at €17.99 (no fees). It goes straight into your library and stays there.
As more stores list it, they'll show up on the page to buy Probably Stolen key.
What kind of game it is
Questing Goose Studio made it and tinyBuild publishes it. You run a shop on a grim, cyberpunk space station, crafting, buying and selling goods that very often fell off the back of a truck. Some of it is outright contraband.
Haggling over prices is a core part of the loop, and so is checking what people bring you before you take it. You also have to keep the station's factions on side and deal with the followers of an AI that has gone rogue. The goal is to earn enough to buy the shop outright before the ever-rising rent pushes you out. It has started very well on Steam: 96% of its first 1,095 reviews are positive ("Overwhelmingly Positive").
Is there a cheaper copy anywhere?
Not today. None of the resellers we compare has a key or an account for it yet, which is normal for a game that's been out a single day. Reseller keys usually turn up a bit later.
Be wary of any site you don't know that offers it for much less right now. Often what's on sale is a Steam account: someone else's login for an account that already owns the game. It never lands in your own library, and if the seller takes the account back, the game is gone. At worst, you get nothing at all.
When waiting might pay off
If you can hold off, keys from resellers often end up below the Steam price once they arrive. We can't tell you when that will happen or by how much. The launch discount won't last forever either, and after that Steam goes back to €19.99 (no fees).
The easy option is a price alert: pick the price you'd pay and we'll email you when a store gets there.
