Moonlight Peaks sells on two platforms and in two editions, and the listing mixes formats that do not deliver the same thing. Before looking at price it is worth knowing which version you want, because once bought, a code does not change platform.

PC concentrates most sellers, so that is where the price falls furthest and where you will find the widest range of formats. Switch 2 has few listings, and it shows: the spread is narrow and discounts arrive later.
What does the Deluxe edition add?
Extra content and cosmetic additions over standard. As with nearly every game on this scheme, the deciding factor is not what it includes but how far apart the two sit today: if the gap is small, Deluxe earns it; if it balloons, standard gives you exactly the same playthrough.
Which formats should you dodge?
Account access shows up very cheap and therefore tops price-sorted listings, but you are not buying the game: you are entering someone else's account, without your profile or your progress, and with access at a third party's mercy. Steam Gift does end up in your library, but delivery depends on the seller completing the send, so it takes longer than a normal code.
Does buying on one platform cover the other?
No. A PC code does not activate on the console and vice versa. If you play on both you will have to buy it twice; if you plan to share sessions with someone, agree before paying.
