About WizardChess

WizardChess is Deckbuilding Chess from a preposterous fantasy realm, invented by mysterious wizards. Multiple game modes challenge players to think on their feet and balance tactics with speed: hit the Arcade for quick, replayable runs or explore the world in Story mode. Whether you're an amateur or an expert WizardChess has something for Grandma's and Grand Masters alike.

Manoeuvre specialized units (of 50+ unique classes) in emergent, often unhinged, turn-based combat and use unique skills to defeat enemy units. Much like chess, small errors can (and often will) lead to harsh consequences. Unlike chess, your pieces are enchanted and have ATK, DEF and SKL stats... and your opponent(s) are the Fae.

Recruit, upgrade, sacrifice, trade and gamble your units away to create the most powerful build you can. Learn the systems, unlock the full pool of units and take calculated risks and maybe you’ll defeat the Fae Queen herself.

WizardChess is entirely procedurally generated. Every run, every room, every tile, every item, and every unit is determined by a combination of luck and a dynamic response to your playstyle. Each biome features unique rooms, enemies and a boss with its own opponent "style" and scaling difficulty.

TwoPM consists of Ben Follington and Ricky James, both based in Queensland, Australia. We've been best friends for about 15 years and have been making games for almost as long.

How much does WizardChess for PC cost right now?

WizardChess for PC starts at €0.66 (€0.69 with fees) at Difmark Digital Keys, a Steam key, which is 95% under the €14.79 (no fees) it costs on the official store.

That €0.66 (€0.69 with fees) already includes the Gocdkeys coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.

Only 8 offers across 7 stores carry it, and thin supply means the price barely moves.

Is it worth buying the Steam Key for WizardChess now or waiting?

That €1.36 (€1.65 with fees) key is at one of its best prices.

  • Those €1.36 (€1.65 with fees) are 71% below what it usually costs, measured on the store price.
  • Only 3 stores sell the Steam Key, and with that little competition the price barely moves.
  • Not counting today, the lowest we have recorded for the Steam Key across 573 days is €1.50 — and today it is below that.
At this price it is worth buying the Steam Key now: what you stand to gain by waiting is a few euros, and it is not guaranteed.

Worked out from 799 daily records of the Steam Key for WizardChess across 5 stores. See the full price history.

The price does not include each store's payment fees. The percentage is measured on the store price, without coupons, because that is how we record the history. The analysis only counts Key offers. Shared accounts, Steam Gift and physical editions stay out, because they are not the same product and their prices move differently.

Can you activate WizardChess in US?

7 of the 8 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.

Why is there such an expensive WizardChess offer?

One listing is worth ignoring: the Steam key that Greenmangaming has at €14.79 (no fees) is more than 21 times the cheapest offer and is not what this game costs. The number to work from is €0.66 (€0.69 with fees) at Difmark Digital Keys.

WHAT WILL YOU FIND IN GOCDKEYS?

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE BUYING WizardChess STEAM KEY?

What is the WizardChess STEAM Key?

Relax, it's nothing unusual, in fact it's the most common method of buying pc games!

What does this product include?

Everything you need to start playing from home in minutes!

It includes the WizardChess video game for PC, although some stores may include special editions with additional content such as a Deluxe or Ultimate edition. Also some stores may sell "Preorder Bonus" which means that version comes with extra content, such as DLC or cosmetics.

Are there regional restrictions for this PC game?

Beware, many of the Steam Gift that stores sell are region locked!

This product can be global or include region restrictions that only allow you to activate it in specific areas of the world such as Europe, USA or UK. Check carefully! We will tell you if there are regional restrictions.

If it is a STEAM Key it does not usually have a regional lock, but STEAM Gift usually do have regional locks.

Most common FAQs when buying WizardChess for PC in digital format:

It is a key that will allow you to download the game WizardChess on your PC from official download platforms.
As of 26/10/2026, in United States, the best price we have found in our selection of online stores that include the key for WizardChess on PC is €0.66 (€0.69 with fees).
The Steam Key format is what we always recommend due to its ease of use and higher security compared to any other format. You just need to redeem the key in your account to download WizardChess to your game library. The account format requires more complicated steps and is more prone to errors during activation.
The only issue we’ve encountered in 13 years is receiving a duplicate key that doesn’t work. In that case, simply contact the store where you bought WizardChess, and they will provide a new key. You can also contact us, and we’ll help you out.
Delivery times vary by store. For example, in the case of Instatgaming, Eneba, G2a, or Kinguin, delivery is usually instant or takes just a few minutes. These stores rarely delay game deliveries.

Other stores may take 30–40 minutes depending on game availability. On release days, delivery times may be slightly longer.

If you notice an unusually long delay, contact the store or us, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
At Gocdkeys, we only list the most well-known stores that have passed our quality checks. One of the most important factors is good customer support, and all listed stores offer it.

There have been occasions when those services were overwhelmed, which is why we also offer 24/7 customer support to help resolve any issues or questions.

In any case, we always offer a 100% guarantee, so you won’t have any problems, and if you do, we’ll resolve them as soon as possible.
