Custom games can make the most insane maps as you could put unlimited amount of items as other players watch and swear when you put new pieces. You also have custom maps made by the community, but then it can be very challenging. To play when you aren't prone to be a sore looser... also, did I forget you can unlock hats and hair? in addition to other creatures to play as!
