Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3 + 4 for PS4 starts at €12.68 (€13.25 with fees) at Difmark, 73% under the €49.99 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €49.99 (no fees) at Playstation Store.
That €12.68 (€13.25 with fees) already includes the Gocdkeys coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
Just 4 stores stock it, 5 offers in all, so there is little here to push the price either way.
By format: account from €12.68 (€13.25 with fees) and physical edition from €49.90 (no fees) at Amazon ES.
There is no discounted third-party key: the only one available is the official store's, at €49.99 (no fees).
All 5 offers are Global, so the code redeems on any account no matter where it was created.
The press verdict is 83 out of 100 from 43 reviews, and 93% would recommend it.
One listing is worth ignoring: the PSN code that Playstation Store has at €69.99 (no fees) is more than 5 times the cheapest offer and is not what this game costs. The number to work from is €49.99 (no fees) at Playstation Store.
There is no third-party key on offer today, so the choice is between the shared account at €12.68 (€13.25 with fees) at Difmark — cheap, but the game never becomes yours — and paying the official €49.99 (no fees) for a key on your own account. Either is defensible; just know which one you are picking.
