Assume the role of Takeshi, a Japanese samurai who has to protect his village from the onslaught of an Oni attempting to conquer the land with his undead army. Fight against his army of tengu, undead and the horrifying Jorogumo, all inspired by Japanese mythology, in a unique, brutal stop-motion cinematic adventure.

Explore a meticulously crafted world alive with Japanese mythology and folklore. Wander through ruined villages, mountain caves, desolate cemeteries, and more. Battle yokai, undead monsters, and demons, all expertly rendered in a highly detailed, Ray Harryhausen-esque stop-motion style.

Fight through the undead hordes as three distinct characters: Takeshi, a skilled samurai; Kodama, a brave but tiny spirit; and Chisai, a warrior cat. Each interacts with the world in a different way, from intense sword combat to precise platforming and exploration.

Confront legions of demons armed with the weapons of ancient Japan: the iconic katana, the versatile yari spear, and the formidable bow. Unleash devastating special power attacks and combos unique to each character as you fight your way to the Oni’s castle.
Every step taken and foe vanquished grants you invaluable experience. Harness this to unlock the true potential within you, enhancing your abilities, honing your stats, and above all mastering an array of awe-inspiring moves that you can form into custom combos.

The Spirit of the Samurai for PC starts at €2.34 at Difmark, 88% under the €19.99 of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €3.43 at Eneba.
We have never recorded it cheaper than this.
That €2.34 already includes the Gocdkeys coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
Supply is thin — 11 offers from 8 stores — and thin supply keeps prices steady rather than falling.
That €3.43 key is at its usual price: no bargain, no spike.
Worked out from 797 daily records of the Steam Key for The Spirit of the Samurai across 8 stores. See the full price history.
The price does not include each store's payment fees. The percentage is measured on the store price, without coupons, because that is how we record the history. The analysis only counts Key offers. Shared accounts, Steam Gift and physical editions stay out, because they are not the same product and their prices move differently.
With the shared account at Difmark you log into an account that already owns the game: it is the cheapest route, but it never becomes yours and the seller keeps the credentials. If they ever lose or change them, you lose access.
The key at Eneba costs €1.09 more, but you redeem it on your own account and the game stays there for good. That is the difference between renting and buying.
The 3 Steam Gift offers are pricier than the key and leave more room for error, because they depend on the region and on Steam friendship.
10 of the 11 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.
23 outlets reviewed it and it averages 55 out of 100, with 35% recommending it.
One listing is worth ignoring: the Steam gift that G2A has at €25.78 is more than 11 times the cheapest offer and is not what this game costs. The number to work from is €3.43 at Eneba.
Get it now: the cheapest key is at Eneba for €3.43 and the game stays on your own account.
The lowest we have ever seen is €2.79, so waiting is unlikely to give you much more than you already have today.
The €2.34 shared account is tempting, but for €1.09 more you avoid depending on somebody else’s credentials.

Shockingly beautiful stop-motion-esque 2D action-adventure game steeped should deep in Japanese folklore. The visuals and atmosphere is stunning as you do battle with various yokai and the undead. Movement is a little stiff as is combat; future s are promised to fine-tune the experience.
