Like HAVOCK94 said it is better than sims 3 and is more graphical and improved. like for eksample you can add more details and there are more Variety of clothing

The Sims 4 is a pretty nice game, it is (of course) better than the third one but not extremely different. It has improved but there are still things to be done. Character creation is better and wider, you can control many more parameters of your sim.
