How much does The Sims 2 Legacy Collection for PC cost right now?
The Sims 2 Legacy Collection for PC starts at €11.76 (€12.29 with fees) at Difmark, 59% under the €29.99 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €29.99 (no fees) at Steam.
That €11.76 (€12.29 with fees) already includes the Gocdkeys coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
Just 3 stores stock it, 4 offers in all, so there is little here to push the price either way.

Which The Sims 2 Legacy Collection format should you buy?
With the shared account at Difmark you log into an account that already owns the game: it is the cheapest route, but it never becomes yours and the seller keeps the credentials. If they ever lose or change them, you lose access.
The key at Steam costs €18.23 (€17.70 with fees) more, but you redeem it on your own account and the game stays there for good. That is the difference between renting and buying.
The 2 Steam Gift offers are pricier than the key and leave more room for error, because they depend on the region and on Steam friendship.
Can you activate The Sims 2 Legacy Collection in US?
3 of the 4 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.
So, which The Sims 2 Legacy Collection deal should you buy?
There is no third-party key on offer today, so the choice is between the shared account at €11.76 (€12.29 with fees) at Difmark — cheap, but the game never becomes yours — and paying the official €29.99 (no fees) for a key on your own account. Either is defensible; just know which one you are picking.

What do our users think of The Sims 2 Legacy Collection for PC Digital?
The Sims 2 Legacy Collection contains the original game and all the expansions. It features rich, mature gameplay with a heavy emphasis on family building. Although the graphics are outdated, its life simulation and personality system remain the best out of all the sims games (imo). A great classic well worth replaying.
