The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu for PC starts at €9.09 (€10.26 with fees) at K4G, 57% under the €23.99 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €12.82 (€14.26 with fees) at Gamivo.
That €9.09 (€10.26 with fees) already includes the GCDK14DEAL coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
With 77 offers from 20 stores, this is a crowded listing, and crowded listings are where sellers undercut each other instead of holding a line.
That €12.82 (€14.26 with fees) key is expensive for what it usually costs.
Worked out from 1,364 daily records of the Steam Key for The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu across 13 stores. See the full price history.
The price does not include each store's payment fees. The percentage is measured on the store price, without coupons, because that is how we record the history. The analysis only counts Key offers. Shared accounts, Steam Gift and physical editions stay out, because they are not the same product and their prices move differently.
With the shared account at K4G you log into an account that already owns the game: it is the cheapest route, but it never becomes yours and the seller keeps the credentials. If they ever lose or change them, you lose access.
The key at Gamivo costs €3.73 (€4.00 with fees) more, but you redeem it on your own account and the game stays there for good. That is the difference between renting and buying.
The 15 Steam Gift offers are pricier than the key and leave more room for error, because they depend on the region and on Steam friendship.
59 of the 77 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.
50 outlets reviewed it and it averages 70 out of 100, with 34% recommending it.
