R.E.P.O. continues to unleash chaos and humor in its Early Access

Although still in its early stages, R.E.P.O. has continued to surprise its players this past month with teasers and content that have kept the community excited.

The Arrival of the Blood Moon

At the end of May, the developers announced through a teaser that the game will soon receive the "Blood Moon," a special lunar phase that promises to significantly alter the difficulty and gameplay. During this phase, enemies are expected to become more aggressive and different patterns will appear, adding a chilling twist to co-op play.

Balance and Power: A Devastating Weapon

Also in May, a teaser was leaked for a high-powered weapon that will soon be coming to the game. It's part of a series of balance adjustments the team said it's fine-tuning based on feedback from the beta.

Devlog Reveals Chaos as a Driver

At the end of the month, a new devlog made it clear that the uncontrolled chaos is an intended feature, not a bug. Changes to the moon phase (now changing every 5 levels) and design progress were shown for the "Museum of Human Art," a map taking shape with more art and visual detail, full of macabre surprises.

Additionally, the video highlighted one of the most talked-about community achievements: the creation of a self-propelled tank-like vehicle, composed of several integrated tanks that fire projectiles—a veritable "Cartpocalypse" of laughter and destruction.

An international phenomenon... but what happens next?

Although sales and concurrent player figures are limited to March, the game's success has been undeniable: millions of copies sold, hundreds of thousands of concurrent players, and a "Devastatingly Positive" rating on Steam.

Update 05/19/2025 – What's New in REPO


The cooperative horror game REPO, developed by Semiwork, has recently received several significant updates that improve the gameplay experience and add new content.

New Weapon: The Cart Cannon has been introduced, considered the most powerful weapon in the game to date. This mount transforms the transport cart into a battle tank, allowing one player to fire while the other drives it. There are two variants: one that fires explosive projectiles and another that fires a long-range laser beam. This addition promises to change the team dynamic and adds an element of fun chaos, especially due to friendly fire.

Health System Adjustments: Following the removal of a popular glitch that allowed free health recovery, the developers have implemented improvements to the healing system:

- Medkit Discounts: The more players on the team, the cheaper the medkits will be.
- Improved Truck Healing Beam: It has been adjusted to restore more health, scaling based on the player's level.

- Price Revision: The costs of medkits and crystals have been modified to make them more affordable.

this game is super fun and addictive you run away or kill the monsters and you collect their orbs they to extract extract a certain amount to proceed to the next level and after you complete a level you go to the shop which you can buy all the gear you want with the money you earned in the game extracting everything ofcourse
