Retro Arcade-style Rally Racing in repurposed Parking Garages in big cities across the USA
The “Parking Garage Rally Circuit” tour comes into a city, selects a parking garage, and temporarily turns it into an exciting rally course for a week-long competition. Each track in the game is styled as a unique parking garage that has been turned into a race course.
This is a hybrid of Rally and circuit racing. From rally it draws the jumps and “one racer at a time against the clock” time-trial format. However, the tracks are similar to circuit racing, with each race consisting of multiple laps around the same track (the track may change slightly from lap to lap, however) Controls are very tight, simple and arcadey, similar to Mario Kart (accelerate, reverse, steer, drift), but with a bit more dynamic “smash into things” physics.
After beating the gold trophy for a course, ghosts from other players just barely ahead of you on the leaderboard are automatically downloaded to race against, getting you into that "just one more" flow as you chase down rivals. Limiting the auto-download rivals to Steam friends only is also an option.
Create or join a lobby of up to 8 players for realtime peer-to-peer non-contact racing!
Connect some controllers and relive the glory days of split-screen multiplayer for 2-4 players with contact and non-contact options.
Designed to look and feel like a long lost Sega Saturn game that could have been released in ~1998. This includes low-resolution, low-poly, chunky textures of course, but also extends to the audio, simple interface, and streamlined game scope. Oh, and CHEAT CODES too!
Parking Garage Rally Circuit for PC starts at €0.41 (€0.79 with fees) at Kinguin, a Steam key, which is 82% under the €4.49 (no fees) it costs on the official store.
That €0.41 (€0.79 with fees) already includes the OCTGOC10 coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
With 18 offers across 10 stores there is enough competition for the price to move, so the gap between the cheapest and the rest is worth checking before you buy.
That puts it 95% under its average of €8.99 since 2024, so today is a better entry point than most days of its life.
That €1.10 (no fees) key is at one of its best prices.
Worked out from 458 daily records of the Steam Key for Parking Garage Rally Circuit across 4 stores. See the full price history.
The price does not include each store's payment fees. The percentage is measured on the store price, without coupons, because that is how we record the history. The analysis only counts Key offers. Shared accounts, Steam Gift and physical editions stay out, because they are not the same product and their prices move differently.
The cheapest offer is already a key for your own account: €0.41 (€0.79 with fees) at Kinguin, so there is no reason to weigh up a shared account here.
The 2 Steam Gift offers are pricier than the key and leave more room for error, because they depend on the region and on Steam friendship.
12 of the 18 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.
One listing is worth ignoring: the Steam gift that K4G has at €4.26 (€5.02 with fees) is more than 6 times the cheapest offer and is not what this game costs. The number to work from is €0.41 (€0.79 with fees) at Kinguin.
