A fantastic return to one of the most unique action-adventure series ever made. The story is still the highlight: dark, philosophical, and carried by incredible voice acting from Kain and Raziel. Few games even today match the writing and atmosphere of Nosgoth. The realm-shifting puzzles between the Material and the Spectral world remain clever and satisfying, and exploring the ruined gothic environments is just as memorable as it was years ago. The remaster improves texture, lighting, and character models while keeping the original art style intact. That said, the age of the games definitely s, Combat is basic, the camera can be awkward, and movement sometimes feels stiff compared to modern titles. Still, if you can accept some old-school design, the experience is absolutely worth it. Recommended - especially for players who value story, atmosphere, and classic games design.
