Official stores are authorized distributors, and while their prices may be higher than Key stores, their reliability is 100%.

Forts High Seas for PC starts at €3.32 (€4.00 with fees) at K4G, 51% under the €8.19 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €4.37 (€5.27 with fees) at Gamivo.
That €3.32 (€4.00 with fees) already includes the GCDK14DEAL coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
With 16 offers across 10 stores there is enough competition for the price to move, so the gap between the cheapest and the rest is worth checking before you buy.
That puts it 1% under its average of €5.73 since 2022, so today is a better entry point than most days of its life.
That €4.37 (€5.27 with fees) key is at one of its best prices.
Worked out from 2,526 daily records of the Steam Key for Forts High Seas across 14 stores. See the full price history.
The price does not include each store's payment fees. The percentage is measured on the store price, without coupons, because that is how we record the history. The analysis only counts Key offers. Shared accounts, Steam Gift and physical editions stay out, because they are not the same product and their prices move differently.
With the shared account at K4G you log into an account that already owns the game: it is the cheapest route, but it never becomes yours and the seller keeps the credentials. If they ever lose or change them, you lose access.
The key at Gamivo costs €1.05 (€1.27 with fees) more, but you redeem it on your own account and the game stays there for good. That is the difference between renting and buying.
The 2 Steam Gift offers are pricier than the key and leave more room for error, because they depend on the region and on Steam friendship.
14 of the 16 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.

What do our users think of Forts High Seas for PC Digital?
I've been having an absolutely blast playing around with High Seas; it is, hands down an excellent expansion to the base game that adds a lot to the table. Having said that, it does have its fair share of issues. However, for starters, I'll talk about the good: The Good The Water - Probably the main selling point of the DLC, the entire meta is picked up and tipped on its head with the introduction of the exciting new water. Visually speaking, it's gorgeous, while neither detracting from the art around it or overpowering it.
