This is the lowest price it has ever been recorded at.
That €8.39 already includes the Gocdkeys coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
With 17 offers across 15 stores there is enough competition for the price to move, so the gap between the cheapest and the rest is worth checking before you buy.
The cheapest route is a shared account at €8.39 (Difmark), 16% under the cheapest eShop code, €9.99 at Kinguin. It is worth knowing what that buys: with an account you play on someone else's credentials and the game never becomes yours, while the code does.
There is also the cartridge at €15.99 (Amazon DE), the only version you can lend or resell once you are done.
Beyond the standard edition at €9.99, there is the Dual Pack at €23.06 at Media Markt ES, €14.67 more. Check on the store what each one adds before paying the difference.

For most people the key at €9.99 at Kinguin is the sensible buy: the game stays on your own account and it is only €1.60 more than the shared account.
