The story begins with the chilling discovery of the body of Eisuke Sasaki, a high school student found with a paper bag decorated with a smiley face. This macabre scene connects to unsolved murders that occurred 18 years ago and revives the mystery of the legendary Emio, the Smiley. As an investigator of the Utsugi Detective Agency, it is your task to unravel the mystery behind Sasaki’s death.
