About EARTH DEFENSE FORCE WORLD BROTHERS 2
The Earth is in pieces...again! We've gotta do more to save the planet!
--Loads and Loads of Giant Enemies--
The square Earth is under attack by giant enemies. Giant ants, giant spiders, giant bees, giant scorpions, giant UFOs, giant robots, giant monsters.... And if that weren't enough, there are also giant aliens, and even giant EDF soldiers. The situation seems hopeless! Still...there's nothing more satisfying than taking down these invading foes.
--Create Your Own EDF Unit--
Teammates scattered around the world are waiting to be rescued. Select 4 teammates from among those you have collected and create your own team. Design the team perfect for your play style, select your equipment, and then deploy to battle. There are over 100 characters to collect!
--Full Array of Soldiers from the History of the EDF Series--
In addition to soldiers from the mainline EDF series, this game also includes soldiers from the EDF spin-offs. Enjoy some familiar faces, as well as soldiers from the latest mainline release, "EARTH DEFENSE FORCE 6." Includes over 600 equippable weapons and accessories.
--Familiar Enemies are Back, Too!--
Enemies who ravaged the planet in previous releases have also crossed over into this world to join the fight. Enjoy fighting numerous enemies, including redesigned voxel versions of old favorites, as well as new enemies unique to this release. Includes over 100 missions and 5 difficulty levels.
--Online Co-op Play Supported--
Up to 4-player online co-op supported. Allowing you to defend the Earth with your friends and family.
~The Story~
After Dark Tyrant was defeated, peace was restored on the square Earth—but now, it has been broken into pieces once again. We watched the skies, assuming any new enemies would come from above—which is why we were surprised when the supermassive "Gaiarch" emerged from below ground, shattering the Earth into pieces. YOU are the legendary Commander that once saved our planet. Now, we need you to lead another team to save our Earth again. The EDF never back away from defending the Earth, be it round or square—so let's go to the rescue!

How much does EARTH DEFENSE FORCE WORLD BROTHERS 2 for PC cost right now?
EARTH DEFENSE FORCE WORLD BROTHERS 2 for PC starts at €5.41 (€5.91 with fees) at Key4Games, 88% under the €49.99 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €7.11 (€7.43 with fees) at Difmark Digital Keys.
That €5.41 (€5.91 with fees) already includes the GOCDKEYS15 coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
With 16 offers across 15 stores there is enough competition for the price to move, so the gap between the cheapest and the rest is worth checking before you buy.
It is €0.33 away from its all-time low (€8.14, back in August 2026).

Worked out from 1,945 daily records of the Steam Key for EARTH DEFENSE FORCE WORLD BROTHERS 2 across 13 stores. See the full price history.
The price does not include each store's payment fees. The percentage is measured on the store price, without coupons, because that is how we record the history. The analysis only counts Key offers. Shared accounts, Steam Gift and physical editions stay out, because they are not the same product and their prices move differently.
Are these stores safe to buy EARTH DEFENSE FORCE WORLD BROTHERS 2 from?
Worth knowing before you click: Key4Games is cheapest at €5.41 (€5.91 with fees) but has only 37 Trustpilot reviews behind it. If that thin track record bothers you, Difmark has the same shared account at €6.29 (€6.57 with fees) with 14.2k reviews and a 4.1 out of 5.
Which EARTH DEFENSE FORCE WORLD BROTHERS 2 format should you buy?
With the shared account at Key4Games you log into an account that already owns the game: it is the cheapest route, but it never becomes yours and the seller keeps the credentials. If they ever lose or change them, you lose access.
The key at Difmark Digital Keys costs €1.70 (€1.52 with fees) more, but you redeem it on your own account and the game stays there for good. That is the difference between renting and buying.
Can you activate EARTH DEFENSE FORCE WORLD BROTHERS 2 in US?
14 of the 16 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.
Is EARTH DEFENSE FORCE WORLD BROTHERS 2 worth it?
Critics put it at 78 out of 100, though there are only 17 reviews published so far.
Why is there such an expensive EARTH DEFENSE FORCE WORLD BROTHERS 2 offer?
One listing is worth ignoring: the Steam key that Fanatical has at €49.99 (no fees) is more than 8 times the cheapest offer and is not what this game costs. The number to work from is €7.11 (€7.43 with fees) at Difmark Digital Keys.
