How much does Dynasty Warriors 9 for Xbox One cost right now?
Dynasty Warriors 9 for Xbox One starts at €10.83 (€11.32 with fees) at Difmark — that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €31.10 (no fees) at Amazon UK.
That €10.83 (€11.32 with fees) already includes the Gocdkeys coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
Only 4 offers across 4 stores carry it, and thin supply means the price barely moves.
It sits just €0.54 above its all-time low of €30.56 from November 2018, close enough that holding out for the old floor costs more in waiting than it saves.

Which Dynasty Warriors 9 format should you buy?
What you can actually buy today: an Xbox Key from €31.10 (no fees) at Amazon UK, which you redeem yourself and leaves the game on your own account, a shared account from €10.83 (€11.32 with fees) at Difmark, where you log in with the seller credentials instead of owning it and a boxed copy from €35.24 (no fees) at PCcomponentes, which ships rather than being redeemed.
The shared account at €10.83 (€11.32 with fees) undercuts the key at €31.10 (no fees) by €20.27 (€19.78 with fees), but on an account the game stays tied to credentials the seller controls; for €20.27 (€19.78 with fees) the key is yours and nobody can take it back.
Can you activate Dynasty Warriors 9 in US?
All 4 offers redeem on US, so region is not something you have to check on this one.
