With 18 offers across 12 stores there is enough competition for the price to move, so the gap between the cheapest and the rest is worth checking before you buy.
The cheapest route is a shared account at €9.65 (Difmark), but for €0.98 more K4G sells the eShop code at €10.63 — and the code is yours: you redeem it on your own account and nobody can take the game back.
The cartridge is actually the cheapest of the lot at €8.26 (Media Markt ES), and it is the only version you can lend or resell once you are done.
11 of the 18 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.
That matters more on Switch than anywhere else: eShop codes are strictly regional, a code from one region will not redeem on an account from another, and there is no way to convert it afterwards.
With so little movement on the game itself, the saving left is in the balance: an eShop card worth $35 for United States costs $32.27 at Gamivo today, 7.8% under face value, and that balance spends on anything.

Dragon Ball FighterZ does an anime clash, with bright colors, flashiness, and assist gameplay that evokes Marvel vs. Capcom. The robust underlying mechanics lend themselves to mastering the game's play style; despite a lack of new content for the game , Dragon Ball FighterZ is still the gold standard for fast-as-crap skill based anime beam fighting.
