In this Action RPG you are a monster-shifter, equipped with the ability to shapeshift into the beasts you defeat. Venture out alone or in CO-OP with up to 3 friends on a journey to uncover the dark secrets sealed inside the legendary city of Aasha. Grow your powers by finding new equipment and learning skills for both your human and beast form to become strong enough to save what you hold dear.
BECOME A SHIFTER: Switch between your human and beast form freely to utilize each form's strengths and skills when needed. The different beast forms are not only formidable in fights, you can also use them to faster traverse and overcome obstacles in the world.
ACTION FOCUSED COMBAT: Experience intense combat action where both your own skills and character gear matters. Learn when to attack, dodge, jump, shapeshift and use your abilities to effectively take out the aggressive beasts, bandits and machines that you’ll encounter on your journey.
GROW YOUR POWERS: Build up both your human and monster form with new gear, attributes and active and passive skills as you level up. Choose from 4 human classes and train one or more of the 7 beast masteries available.
RIDE OUT IN CO-OP: Up to 4 players can play together in drop in/drop out co-op gameplay, both offline/locally and online. In co-op you also unlock a special team mechanic: ride on each other’s back to become a strong cavalry unit together!
EXPLORE THE WORLD OF HEERA: Take the role as one of four siblings, each one with their own distinct personality, opening up for different sidequests and choices in conversations. Alongside your main mission, you can explore the open areas further to find hidden treasures and complete side quests in an unusual science fantasy world.
ABOUT US
Not long after we met at a University in Sweden, we started making games together as a hobby. The project that we now call Coridden, started with a simple idea: an interactive co-op moment where one player is steering and attacking as a fierce beast, the other riding on the beast's back and shooting enemies around them.
As we spent more and more time on this idea, and the ambitious grew, we decided to officially start the Aftnareld studio in 2018 and shift our game-development hobby to a professional level. We knew from the start we wanted to make cooperative games. We believe that co-op games are not only fun, but are also important for bringing people together! Along the way, we’ve had the fortune to meet several passionate people wanting to help and join us on this journey. Today we’re a small team of eager people working hard on creating Coridden.
Coridden for PC starts at €2.51 (€2.62 with fees) at Difmark, 76% under the €10.72 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €2.23 (€2.63 with fees) at HRKGame.
This is the lowest price it has ever been recorded at.
That €2.51 (€2.62 with fees) already includes the Gocdkeys coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
With 12 offers across 11 stores there is enough competition for the price to move, so the gap between the cheapest and the rest is worth checking before you buy.
That €2.23 (€2.63 with fees) key is at one of its best prices.
Worked out from 1,361 daily records of the Steam Key for Coridden across 10 stores. See the full price history.
The price does not include each store's payment fees. The percentage is measured on the store price, without coupons, because that is how we record the history. The analysis only counts Key offers. Shared accounts, Steam Gift and physical editions stay out, because they are not the same product and their prices move differently.
With the shared account at Difmark you log into an account that already owns the game: it is the cheapest route, but it never becomes yours and the seller keeps the credentials. If they ever lose or change them, you lose access.
The key at HRKGame costs €0.01 with fees more, but you redeem it on your own account and the game stays there for good. That is the difference between renting and buying.
The 1 Steam Gift offers are pricier than the key and leave more room for error, because they depend on the region and on Steam friendship.
All 12 offers are Global, so the code redeems on any account no matter where it was created.
Critics put it at 70 out of 100, though there are only 13 reviews published so far.
One listing is worth ignoring: the Steam key that Humble Bundle has at €19.99 (no fees) is more than 7 times the cheapest offer and is not what this game costs. The number to work from is €2.23 (€2.63 with fees) at HRKGame.
