That €6.71 (€7.02 with fees) already includes the GCDK13 coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.

Worked out from 2,703 daily records of the Steam Key for Borderlands 3: Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck across 17 stores. See the full price history.
The price does not include each store's payment fees. The percentage is measured on the store price, without coupons, because that is how we record the history. The analysis only counts Key offers. Shared accounts, Steam Gift and physical editions stay out, because they are not the same product and their prices move differently.
By format: Steam Key from €6.71 (€7.02 with fees), Steam Gift from €12.12 (€12.41 with fees) and Epic Store Key from €12.60 (no fees).

Critics put it at 73 out of 100, though there are only 14 reviews published so far.
