The cheapest route is a shared account at €15.95 (Difmark), 65% under the cheapest eShop code, €45.08 at Gameseal. It is worth knowing what that buys: with an account you play on someone else's credentials and the game never becomes yours, while the code does.
There is also the cartridge at €49.99 (PCcomponentes), the only version you can lend or resell once you are done.
