It tends to drop around the same time of year: its sales have landed in December, July and August.
It has only been cheaper on 2 days since 2024.
Its 4 drops were in December, July, December and August, so that is what it has done so far, not a forecast.
The next one usually lands in December.
It also drops to roughly the same price every time (€7.99), so waiting for the next one would not get you much better than today.
Albatroz for Xbox One starts at €7.11 (€7.65 with fees) at Key4Games, 62% under the €19.99 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €16.12 (€18.05 with fees) at Eneba.
That €7.11 (€7.65 with fees) already includes the GOCDKEYS7 coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
Just 7 stores stock it, 8 offers in all, so there is little here to push the price either way.
One caveat worth €0.44 (€0.24 with fees): the €7.11 (€7.65 with fees) at Key4Games is the cheapest, but that store carries only 1 Trustpilot reviews, so there is barely any track record behind it. Difmark sells the same shared account for €7.55 (€7.89 with fees) — €0.44 (€0.24 with fees) more — backed by 14.2k reviews and a 4.1 out of 5, which is a small premium for a seller thousands of buyers have already tested.
What you can actually buy today: an Xbox Key from €16.12 (€18.05 with fees) at Eneba, which you redeem yourself and leaves the game on your own account, a shared account from €7.11 (€7.65 with fees) at Key4Games, where you log in with the seller credentials instead of owning it and a boxed copy from €25.78 (no fees) at Amazon FR, which ships rather than being redeemed.
The shared account at €7.11 (€7.65 with fees) undercuts the key at €16.12 (€18.05 with fees) by €9.01 (€10.40 with fees), but on an account the game stays tied to credentials the seller controls; for €9.01 (€10.40 with fees) the key is yours and nobody can take it back.
6 of the 8 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.
For most people the key at €16.12 (€18.05 with fees) at Eneba is the sensible buy: the game stays on your own account and it is only €9.01 (€10.40 with fees) more than the shared account.
