Official stores are authorized distributors, and while their prices may be higher than Key stores, their reliability is 100%.
“Choose it if you don’t mind the price difference”Key stores are resellers and marketplaces, which is why they are usually cheaper than official stores. We only show the best ones, so you can rest assured. Plus, we offer our guarantee against any issues.
“Choose it if you’re looking for a great discount”The Blightstorm rages on as Against the Storm - Nightwatchers introduces a new species into the fray alongside two new biomes, new buildings, new deeds, new world events, and more for any Viceroy seeking additional options in the seemingly endless struggle. The Bats bring with them a talent for metallurgy and a disdain for weakness, growing more resolute when their compatriots falter.
Meanwhile, as smugglers grow bold enough to defy the Scorched Queen, the harsh Rocky Ravines become an option for settlers – these barren lands are rich in ore and minerals. Viceroys building settlements among the scraggly rocks will find themselves reliant on black market traders while mining the basalt columns that grow here in place of trees.
Those seeking more verdant fields will perhaps find suitable sites among the Bamboo Flats instead. Though lush with life, the heavy rainfall erodes the loose soil, and settlers must work carefully to appease a peculiar species local to the ecosystem if they want any chance at success: the Fluffbeak. If kept happy, this beast is able to produce fertilizer, giving the local Viceroy an opportunity to plan exactly where to enrich the soil and secure the future of their settlement.
The newly added species, Bats, have little patience for weakness, having grown hardy and austere in their isolated underground halls. Fiercely devoted and stern, they bring their expertise with metals and a willingness to make sacrifices for the greater good. Once the Bats’ starting ability is unlocked, you will be granted access to the Manorial Court blueprint – use it to expel a member of a chosen species, leveraging this harsh punishment to motivate all who remain to work harder in the name of the Scorched Queen.
The Rocky Ravine biome presents an unforgiving landscape where even the trees are made of stone, and the Black Market will be a key partner in your success – with fluctuating prices and a notable lack of wood, you’ll need to leverage your plentiful stone and amber to acquire the resources needed to keep your settlement growing. But be warned – these criminals will quickly turn from merchants to miscreants, and while they present an excellent opportunity, they also expect debts to be paid in a timely manner.
Settle the Bamboo Flats biome with the help of an unlikely ally – though the constant rain has left these regions devoid of any fertile soil, the giant Fluffbeak is able to produce copious amounts of fertilizer to help create areas of fertile soil and establish a flourishing settlement. Manage the Fluffbeak’s hunger, thirst, and warmth to keep it happy and reap the rewards, not just in the provision of fertilizer, but in the increased resolve and productivity of villagers inspired by the village mascot.
3 new World Map Modifiers will bring harsher lands to conquer. From the Riverlands and their minimal space to places of great significance for the ancients, still watched by silent guardians that limit the number of Cornerstones that can be used, Viceroys will be pressed to seek solutions to these new challenges.
3 new World Events introduce an increasingly powerful criminal organization, explosive alchemical experiments that threaten your carefully laid-out plans, and a tree-eating beast that inadvertently opens glades and unleashes the secrets hidden within them, whether you’re ready or not. Use these to secure powerful but temporary boons – from woodcutting automatons to the new Fuel Rod resource that doubles Rain Engine efficiency.
3 new Legendary Cornerstones, 16 new Deeds, and 6 new Decorations have been added alongside new rewards to the upgrade tree in the Smoldering City.
The new biomes will appear on the world map after the current cycle ends. To unlock Bats as a playable species, you must reach level 11.
27 new tracks added to reflect the growing world of Against the Storm.
Punish the meek and push forth into harsher lands in service of the Scorched Queen – with the Bats by your side, there is little room for the weak-willed.
Against the Storm Nightwatchers for PC starts at €7.07 at Driffle, a Steam key, which is 41% under the €11.99 it costs on the official store.
That €7.07 already includes the GOCDKEYS10 coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
There is a cheaper listing, €7.01 at Kinguin, but it is a Europe key and it will not redeem on a US account however good the price looks.
With 21 offers across 16 stores there is enough competition for the price to move, so the gap between the cheapest and the rest is worth checking before you buy.
It is €0.24 away from its all-time low (€6.83, back in January 2026).
That €7.01 key has never had a real discount yet.
Worked out from 1,885 daily records of the Steam Key for Against the Storm Nightwatchers across 17 stores. See the full price history.
The price does not include each store's payment fees. The percentage is measured on the store price, without coupons, because that is how we record the history. The analysis only counts Key offers. Shared accounts, Steam Gift and physical editions stay out, because they are not the same product and their prices move differently.
16 of the 21 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.
