How much does 9 Years of Shadows for PC cost right now?
9 Years of Shadows for PC starts at €0.83 (€0.87 with fees) at Difmark, 95% under the €18.49 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €0.91 (€1.33 with fees) at Kinguin.
That €0.83 (€0.87 with fees) already includes the Gocdkeys coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
With 26 offers across 19 stores there is enough competition for the price to move, so the gap between the cheapest and the rest is worth checking before you buy.
That puts it 20% under its average of €1.27 since 2022, so today is a better entry point than most days of its life.

Worked out from 2,651 daily records of the Steam Key for 9 Years of Shadows across 25 stores. See the full price history.
The price does not include each store's payment fees. The percentage is measured on the store price, without coupons, because that is how we record the history. The analysis only counts Key offers. Shared accounts, Steam Gift and physical editions stay out, because they are not the same product and their prices move differently.
Which 9 Years of Shadows format should you buy?
With the shared account at Difmark you log into an account that already owns the game: it is the cheapest route, but it never becomes yours and the seller keeps the credentials. If they ever lose or change them, you lose access.
The key at Kinguin costs €0.08 (€0.46 with fees) more, but you redeem it on your own account and the game stays there for good. That is the difference between renting and buying.
The 1 Steam Gift offers are pricier than the key and leave more room for error, because they depend on the region and on Steam friendship.
Can you activate 9 Years of Shadows in US?
22 of the 26 offers work on US — the Global ones plus the ones issued for your own region.

Why is there such an expensive 9 Years of Shadows offer?
One listing is worth ignoring: the Steam key that Fanatical has at €19.99 (no fees) is more than 22 times the cheapest offer and is not what this game costs. The number to work from is €0.91 (€1.33 with fees) at Kinguin.
