Deltarune is on four platforms, but the key market does not treat them equally. On PC there are real codes; on console, most of what appears is account access, which is a very different thing. Worth knowing before you compare prices.

Why is almost everything on console an account?
Because console key distribution for this game is thin, and sellers fill the gap by offering access to an account that already owns it. Cheaper, yes, but you buy nothing of your own: you play from someone else's profile, without your trophies, and access ends when the seller changes the password. If you are playing on console, it is worth waiting for a genuine eShop or PSN code.
What is the difference between a standard code and a Steam Gift?
Standard is a code you redeem yourself, there and then. Steam Gift carries no code: the seller sends the game as a gift inside Steam, and delivery depends on you accepting their request or receiving a link. Both end up in your library; the second takes longer.
Do console codes work on any account?
No: they are region-bound. A European eShop code will not go into an account from another zone, and PSN behaves the same. It is the most common reason a purchase turns out unusable, and on games with thin stock it is hard to fix afterwards.
