Gaming Dragons is an average store. It's fine, but nothing stands out: the prices and discounts are very ordinary, delivery time is the usual, and payment is by credit card and paypal. The search engine should have more filters, since by default it gives you the game for all platforms. Only worth visiting if a price comparison site offers you a discounted game.

if you want to buy using a paypal be prepared to send them a copy of your id with a name en picture. I use paypal so i don't need to give you any more info then necessary! they first charge your account and then they ask for this info. I needed to specify that i wanted my money back 3 times before I got a refund. On the bright side, customer support was pretty fast.

Sold me a corrupt game file and then sent me useless copy & paste reply that didn't fix jack sh**. This site is fine for digital keys but I'd give the stand alone downloads a miss!

I bought two Steam wallet cards through them and, although I understand why they might ask me for it, they wanted me to send pictures of my photo ID and various other items in order to complete the transaction. This was after my PayPal account had already been charged, of course. The amount of transactions I perform through my FULLY VERIFIED PayPal Business account per year number in the hundreds and this was the first time I had ever been asked for this sort of personal info. I felt as if I were dealing with a Nigerian Prince or something. After I refused they did refund my money promptly, but until they make it a bit easier to buy through PayPal I will shop elsewhere. I jumped through enough hoops to get fully verified for PayPal Business as it is... geez...
NEVER buy here. First they took forever to deliver the code, then it turns out I made a mistake and bought a copy of the game with only Mexican Spanish dubbing, and when I asked for a change they told me to pay more attention next time and that the differences between both dubs are minimal (is that how you answer a customer?).
The funniest part of all is that the copy with Spain Spanish dubbing costs a bit more and I was willing to pay the difference myself, which the awful after-sales service of this site seems to refuse, forcing me to talk to the Consumer Office to see if I can find some solution to this nonsense.
Never buy here, it's not worth it. Besides, the game costs almost the same on the official Origin platform and they do solve your problems.
JAMÁS compréis aquí. Primero tardaron una eternidad en entregarme el código, luego resulta que cometí un error y compré una copia del juego solo con doblaje en Español Mexicano y cuando solicité el cambio me dijeron que estuviese más atento la próxima vez y que las diferencias entre ambos doblajes son mínimas (¿así se responde a un cliente?).
Lo más gracioso de todo es que la copia con doblaje a español de España cuesta algo más cara y estaba dispuesto a pagar la diferencia en su favor, a lo cual el pésimo servicio postventa de esta web parece negarse, obligándome a hablar con la Oficina de Consumo a ver si así encuentro alguna solución a este sinsentido.
Nunca compréis aquí, no merece la pena. Además el juego cuesta casi lo mismo en la plataforma oficial de Origin y ellos sí te solucionan los problemas.

Had a run-in with customer support, and couldn't find live chat. Nevertheless through e-mail it was relatively fast, they required to verify personal ID after a series of purchases - we had it sorted out in less than a couple of hours. So better be ready and have your ID/Passport/Driverslicese/student card ready and scanned, just in case!

A really slick user experience, topped with referral program, coupons, and outstanding prices make this an appealing store for anyone. All this coupled with a large selection of games, and an excellent delivery system make this one a store to check regularly.
I had no things to settle thus far with their support, but once I get do, I'll leave an update around here. (best support is the one which you don't need to turn to)
