A Project Unknown Steam Key — also known as a CD Key or digital code — is the official activation code you redeem on Steam and keep in your library permanently. From €6.23 (€6.52 with fees, -4%) at G2A, Steam Account format · Cheapest official key: €6.82 (no fees) · 2 verified stores, 3 offers in stock · Updated 01h 44min ago.

Project Unknown for PC starts at €6.23 (€6.52 with fees) at G2A, 4% under the €6.82 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €6.82 (no fees) at Steam.
That €6.23 (€6.52 with fees) already includes the GCKG2AW4Z8R coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
Supply is thin — 3 offers from 2 stores — and thin supply keeps prices steady rather than falling.
That puts it 30% under its average of €9.75 since 2025, so today is a better entry point than most days of its life.
That €6.82 (no fees) key is at its usual price: no bargain, no spike.
Worked out from 377 daily records of the Steam Key for Project Unknown across 3 stores. See the full price history.
The price does not include each store's payment fees. The percentage is measured on the store price, without coupons, because that is how we record the history. The analysis only counts Key offers. Shared accounts, Steam Gift and physical editions stay out, because they are not the same product and their prices move differently.
With the shared account at G2A you log into an account that already owns the game: it is the cheapest route, but it never becomes yours and the seller keeps the credentials. If they ever lose or change them, you lose access.
The key at Steam costs €0.59 (€0.30 with fees) more, but you redeem it on your own account and the game stays there for good. That is the difference between renting and buying.
The 1 Steam Gift offers are pricier than the key and leave more room for error, because they depend on the region and on Steam friendship.
All 3 offers are Global, so the code redeems on any account no matter where it was created.
In the end result, Project G isn’t the next big Shmup, but neither is it a failed Darius clone. It’s a quaint little game that... Read more
