Post Trauma for PS5 starts at €6.49 (€7.03 with fees) at Key4Games, 53% under the €14.99 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €14.99 (no fees) at Playstation Store.
That €6.49 (€7.03 with fees) already includes the GOCDKEYS15 coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
Only 3 offers across 3 stores carry it, and thin supply means the price barely moves.

Which Post Trauma format should you buy?
By format: account from €6.49 (€7.03 with fees).
There is no discounted third-party key: the only one available is the official store's, at €14.99 (no fees).
Can you activate Post Trauma in US?
All 3 offers are Global, so the code redeems on any account no matter where it was created.
So, which Post Trauma deal should you buy?
There is no third-party key on offer today, so the choice is between the shared account at €6.49 (€7.03 with fees) at Key4Games — cheap, but the game never becomes yours — and paying the official €14.99 (no fees) for a key on your own account. Either is defensible; just know which one you are picking.
