Axel McCoin, a former police detective, finds himself embroiled in a complex web of corruption as he tries to uncover the city's dark secrets. His mission is to overthrow the oppressive system that maintains the balance of power in Viridis and fight for justice and equality among its inhabitants.

Throughout the story, Axel faces various characters who, with their motivations and skills, play a crucial role in the fight for change. Among them are members of a resistance that seeks to overthrow the established order, such as Basilio Tastiera, an expert hacker capable of manipulating systems at will, and other fighters such as Varya Gagarin and Silver Rayner. Together, they will try to confront Emerald Ruby, a powerful figure of the elite who fights to maintain the system that favors him, although his motives may be deeper than what he seems.

Viridis is a living city that not only houses secrets, but also has stories of its own to tell.
