Step into the role of Enzo Favara in this story expansion set in early 1900s Sicily, where you work alongside Ennio Salieri, a feared mafioso intent on settling old scores. The Man of Honor expansion explores a previously unseen period in Enzo's early days as a soldato in the Torrisi crime family, offering a character-origin story for one of the franchise's most iconic figures. This prequel narrative carries weight knowing Salieri's eventual rise to power in Lost Heaven, adding layers of dramatic irony to every interaction.

The expansion features two new story chapters that integrate seamlessly into the base game's campaign. You can experience them as part of the main narrative or access them directly if you've progressed far enough in the story. The linear, narrative-driven design maintains the series' focus on grounded storytelling over open-world sandbox gameplay, emphasizing character development and atmospheric world-building across the Valle Dorata region.

Beyond the campaign chapters, Man of Honor significantly expands Free Ride mode with exclusive content centered around Salieri's warehouse operations in Porto Almaro. New assignments task you with taking on fresh challenges including combat encounters, stealth missions, and races, all rewarding you with in-game currency to purchase new weapons, vehicles, outfits, and collectible charms. The expansion adds three new guns, three knives, five charms, three vehicles, two horses, and multiple outfit variants to customize your experience.

The expansion targets players who appreciate story-focused crime narratives with grounded combat mechanics. The $10 price point makes this ideal for fans of the base game seeking substantial additional content without a full sequel commitment. Combat emphasizes high-stakes stealth, brutal melee encounters, and intense gunplay mechanics, while the cinematic presentation and detailed Sicilian environments create an immersive 1905 setting that rewards exploration and environmental interaction.
