would recommend this despite it not being friendly to new players, it's very hard at the start without a tutorial / Introduction. When you start the game, you get put to the side of a lake with 100 worms, a float rod and a spinning rod. At the start there is also a van and a shop, the first 30 fish I caught I did not know I could sell them so I was chopping them up for bait, but the van is actually the place you can sell the fish out of your keep net which allows you to carry on catching and keeping the fish. The float rod is pretty easy to use, I had issues at the start because I was messing with my drag settings to find the best / fastest way to pull in fish. The spinning rod however I'm still not 100% certain how it works, there only seems to be one way to retrieve a lure at the moment. Where as compared to other fishing games you can do multiple retrieves with the same lure. The fish fights are where this game shines, you know IRL when your fighting a monster fish and your arm / hand aches, this game gives you the same pains in your hand fighting large fish for sometimes 10-20 minutes again compared to other games where most fish take less than a minute to reel in. The in game store seems balanced as to what I've seen so far, I'm level 13 and I have $2000 in the bank which I think is great considering I've only fished the first 2 lakes. There are also in game missions you can do for each lake that reset daily, they have good rewards and it keeps you hunting for fish you wouldn't normally go for. The graphics are great and the game is very well optimised zero lag and no frame drops very smooth game play. I'd rate the game a 7/10 the only reason it loses 3 points, is the lack of a tutorial / guidance in the beginning. But definitely one of the better more realistic fishing sims out there.
