WHAT IS Die After Sunset ABOUT?
- In the year 2120, humanity is in danger due to the invasion of the Murkors, a powerful and peculiar alien race. As the defender of Earth, your mission is to face the hordes of Murkors and prevent the extinction of humanity. Get ready for an action and adrenaline experience in this roguelite shooter.
- Every race in the game is unique as you start in a different location each time. Complete random quests, collect items that will make you stronger, and face giant bosses at the end of each level. Choose between three unique characters, each with their own primary weapon and special attack. You can play as April, an expert marksman; Rido, a half-man, half-cyborg with a machine gun; or Hune, a Murkor experiment gone wrong.
- From the moment you appear on Waikiki Beach, you will be surrounded by Murkors. Stay alert, defend yourself and fight under the light. Murkors draw power from shadows, so you'll need to position yourself strategically so there's always sunlight on you and your enemies. Don't forget to apply sun cream, essential for battle!
- Explore the environment, open chests and complete quests to get new weapons and equipment. Collect as many items as you can before the sun goes down, as this will give you the best chance of taking on the Murkor bosses. The elements can grant you special abilities, such as double jumping or using devastating weapons against the Murkors.
- Defeat Murkors and collect the slime they drop when defeated. This slime becomes in-game currency, which you can use to progress and become stronger in the skill trees. Don't worry if you die, death will not be the end for you. Continue to defend Earth and make use of your upgraded abilities in each run.
