Case Solved: The London Files casts players as a sharp-witted investigator recruited by Scotland Yard during a troubling wave of murders across London. A brighter take on a 1960s-style mystery, blending classic noir charm with hand-drawn 2D scenes and a gentle jazz-inspired soundtrack, with soft rain, quiet moments and subtle shadows setting the mood, allowing you to settle into this cozy brain teaser and solve each case at your own pace.

Every investigation is a closed logic puzzle where it's up to you to deduce who is lying based on witness statements, gather suspect information, uncover environmental clues, and sort through conflicting accounts—guesswork won't take you far in these cases, success comes from seeing which facts don't add up. Each investigation is structured as a closed logic puzzle, drawing inspiration from traditional Zebra puzzles that challenge players to connect clues and eliminate possibilities until only one solution remains.

You'll tackle three distinct cases spread across the iconic city, from a concert gone wrong to a rather famous clock tower, proving your calibre and rising from bumbling detective to one of Scotland Yard's brightest. Players will explore a stylized version of London while working through three handcrafted cases, each featuring its own cast of suspects, unique twists, and carefully constructed mysteries, with every location hand-drawn to reinforce the game's distinctive visual style.

Rather than allowing players to guess their way through investigations, Case Solved requires genuine detective work, pushing players to build logical conclusions from the evidence they uncover. With its combination of detective work, puzzle-solving, and atmospheric storytelling, Case Solved: The London Files is an appealing choice for players who enjoy thoughtful mysteries without the pressure often found in more intense crime dramas.
