Waiting will not get you anywhere: this one hardly ever drops.
When it does drop, it drops a little: rarely more than 18%.
The cheapest it has ever been is €12.43, and that was 11 months ago.
If the official price does not move, the only thing that can save you money is the gap between stores, which is what you have in the table above.

Assassins Creed Shadows Claws of Awaji for PS5 starts at €14.44 (€15.34 with fees) at Key4Games, 39% under the €24.99 (no fees) of the official store — but that is a shared account, not a key of your own. If you want a key tied to your own account, the cheapest is €18.99 (no fees) at Instant Gaming.
That €14.44 (€15.34 with fees) already includes the GOCDKEYS15 coupon, so apply it at checkout or the store will show you a higher price.
Only 4 offers across 4 stores carry it, and thin supply means the price barely moves.
